Jamie Rand is a Tampa-based real estate investor, lender, and entrepreneur specializing in distressed debt, asset management, and real estate finance. As Founder and Senior Managing Director of Prime Asset Fund, he has helped build a national real estate investment and asset management platform with experience across more than 22,000 assets and over $2 billion in managed real estate and non-performing note investments. His work includes commercial real estate acquisition, repositioning, and adaptive reuse, including historic building revitalization efforts in downtown St. Paul.
